Katherine brings the culmination of 20+ years of experience working with women of impact and power from all industries to focus on the reality of women in the workplace, today. Her background has provided observations and insights into the challenges that are unique to women. Additionally, she holds an MSW with a specialization in human sexuality, and an American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists certification (AASECT), giving her an intense understanding of women's needs - in and out of the office. It's a recipe of hard and soft skills, training and counseling - tailored perfectly to find solutions for women and the companies they work in.
